While the rep was not familiar with the problem, once I explained it, he looked it up and said he found there was a technical service bulletin on it. He said parts were expected in late February. Meanwhile bungeeing the steering wheel to the seat may have helped us. Thank you, FMCA, for getting Chrysler to work on this problem.
