Happened to us last year. We have a 2005 Infinity by Four Winds. Took the mechanism apart, opned the door and went to Charlotte RV in Port Charlotte Florida and was surprised to learn they had a box full of new replacements. Actually was a fairly easy fix.

We have HWH with slow retract on our coach. I purchased a 6' crow bar and use it with wooden blocks for leverage to "help" with final retract. Has worked well for last couple years though a little inconvenient.

Does anyone have a source that is reliable for updating our RV furniture? We have a 2005 Infinity class A made by Four Winds and some of the furniture (sofa) is getting a little worn.
