Bill I've been reading about all the trouble with installing roof top antennas. My winegard sk 3005 just went out and I call Camping World for a replacement. I was told that their is a new replacement antenna swm slimline and that it should work fine. Is that true and should I be asking any other questions?

Thanks Bob for that reply I couldn't figure why the manual said to disconnect the battery without giving a reason like start vehicle to prevent the battery from running down. Still waiting on my base plate from Roadmaster, got a call today it should be ready next week. Anyway thanks again for that info.

Has anyone towed the Chevrolet Colorado 2015 four wheels down. The manual says to disconnect the battery cable and make sure that it do not touch anything. My question is? Is this this to prevent running the battery down or something else, the manual doesn't say.

Thanks for all the information about the tandem tow dolly also I'm sorry about your problem with the paint. I was looking for a way to carry my car and golf cart @ the same time. I thought about in the back of a pick up truck but after some serious thought the tandem tow dolly was the answer. Based on your advice before I paid I did ask about the warranty due to weather. The short answer is they do not cover the paint or any cosmetic issues but would be willing to re-paint within the first year. Being in NC and traveling to Florida for the winter salt has never been a problem. Anyway I got it home, it loads well and plan on a short test trip before heading to Florida. Again thanks for the info.

I just ordered a tandem tow dolly and was looking at the Honda Fit. Guess that's out. Maybe I'll choose the Chevy Sonic.

I contacted elite metal in Mooresville NC and they had me call a company in Holly Hill Fl. to order my trailer and send the money to Florida. I live in NC so I was told that I could go to the plant and pick up my trailer. Also are you satisfied about the paint job on your trailer?

Do you have to plate the dolly while towing a vehicle?

I purchased a Remco Lube Pump in March 2013 @ Camping World and let them install it on my 2005 pt cruiser. Dec 28th 2013 and around 3000 miles later the pump failed. I was just leaving the house for Florida when it happen so no damage was done. Camping World says that they will cover the cost of the pump since it's still under warranty. My question is how could I have got my car home, say if I was couple hundred miles from home. I no that my co-pilot could have driven it back but is their any other way I could have gotten the home. Would appreciate any help, now I'm almost afraid to take the trip. Frank Jones 149523

I SAW THIS CRICKET GOLF CART THAT FOLDS TO FIT IN THE BACK OF A SUV. HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IT WILL FIT IN A HONDA CRV AND WILL IT DAMAGE ANYTHING. I HAVE A 2005 PT CRUISER AND USE A TOW BAR AND LOVE IT. ALSO IT DON'T REGISTER MILES, AND HOOK UP IS FAST EASY AND YOU DON'T GET DIRTY.
