Not sure if this will work for all of you but it worked for me. I bought a battery disconect from an auto parts store for about $19.00. Atached it to the + battery side and then hooked up the + cable to it. I just pop the hood and turn the switch form on to off when towing. Takes no time at all and have never had a died battery.

You may want to check and make sure Highway 101 is open. Last I heard a part of it will be closed for repair for about a month starting this week.

You can check Home Depot/Lowes/Walmart I have seen them at all of them. Picked up mine at Home Depot.
