Has anyone dealt with PPL in Texas, and if so, would you recommend them?

We are 1200 miles from their location, and we would like to make fairly sure that the drive is worth it.

Considering purchasing a used Class A dp from them.

Came back from our trip to Michigan (back to Colorado) in our 99 Monaco Exec we purchased in February this year. Set the coach in the driveway as we were expecting several visitors for our 50th anniversary party and a few wanted to sleep in the coach. After everybody left, attempted to move it to the storage area in the back of our property and now have no throttle.

Starts fine, just nothing happens when you step on the accelerator. Cummins 450 engine.

What could have happened?
