Does anyone know the procedure to out a 2012 Chevy Silverado 4x4 with electronic transfer case into neutral. Owners Manual says it can but my dial does not have a neutral light.

Since we are very new to RVing, I would like to know: Does anyone publish a list of where I can get dump in different states. Since we will be doing a lot of dry camping, this would be helpful. We will be traveling up and down the mid-Atlantic area till we get used to this new life. Thanks for any help.
