I also have had a problem with this company -- my biggest concern is that the FMCA allowed them into the 2012 rally at Indianapolis thus indicating that they were an OK company to deal with. We bought a 4 year warranty there but traded in our coach in may of 2013, requesting a prorata refund as specified in the contract. After letters from my attorney and much patience we have still had no response from the company. Hopefully some of the powers that be at the FMCA are paying attention to this thread. Jon Luse
