Can you use Gunk Engine degreaser to clean a VERY dirty radiator?

Thanks Rich. Unfortunately this site has a 500kb limit for attachments. My pictures are 2mb. The more I look the more I am convinced they are rivets. They are round with a small round center piece. No way to to unscrew, etc. There is no accessing from behind as the section is sealed from below. Appreciate your time... Eddie

Does anyone know how to remove the engine air intake grill on the side of the motorhome? I thought it was attached by allen screws but it almost looks like rivets. I don't want to damage anything so I thought I would ask first.
