I have a 2008 Monaco Diplomat with a Magnum Inverter. The ME Series Remote Control panel lights or LED read out do not work. Is there a way to test the panel before buying a new one.

What is Family Motor Coaching magazine's towing guide based on? Sometimes it shows a car can be towed, but the owners manual says not to tow it.
