  1. FMCA also made me sign up for another year of FMCA membership just to get this ripoff! Totally unusable. Hello Charles, Reaching out so that I may clear up the issue we’re having. As of right now, we are not able to issue T-Mobile SIM cards. The current plan we’re on with Sprint is not compatible with T-Mobile sim cards. So, We will be beginning our account migration to T-mobile in the coming months, at that point, our users will be notified and we will be issuing T-mobile SIM cards. Our account has over 5000 active lines so the process is complex and lengthy. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please feel free to reach back for discussion. Thanks, Joshua Spurlock TechConnect Support Specialist, www.fmca.com (513)-388-5259 FMCA Cincinnati, OH
  2. wow...this is something else! Their response: after 45 days my FMCA WIFI is useless now! They want to charge me for the return of the device and sounds as if they cannot be bothered about lack of service issue. Hello Charles, Reaching out so that I may clear up the issue we’re having. 3. I have the same problem, after much investigating, I find now that T-mobile has taken over Sprint and according to T-mobile tech, the cell tower close to me has been upgraded from Sprint to T-mobile. This requires a new sim chip from the Sprint chip to T-mobile so I can access the closer tower rather than the one it has to connect to now because of the upgraded tower close to me. My internet speed is now .5 Mbs. I drove 30 miles to get to the T-mobile store they stated NOTHING can be done about it this Labor Day weekend as I have no access to the FMCA account and no one on the list for FMCA account holder is answering when T-mobile tries to call. The FMCA plan has to be updated to support the new T-mobile chip, but with no account password codes I cannot change the plan. Only FMCA can do this no one answers at FMCA to change the plan with T-mobile. It also may be that FMCA cannot change the plan to cover access to the T-mobile towers. This make s the device practically useless, I get almost no connection speed. This has been going on for over a week. Add to the frustration T-mobile takes over an hour to answer my tech support call. I have had the FMCA plan for just over a month and it is useless, how do I cancel? Inseego M2000
