Need location for lift pump and relay on 2006 Monaco.

No check engine light. Runs great after starting. Just got back from Cummins with new filters. Let you know what happens.

Cranks but no start. It happened one time after being on the road for an hour. Stopped for fuel went to restart cranked for 5-7 seconds no start then tried again it started OK. Drove about 4 -5 hours stopped 4 times no problem then stopped to remove car no start cranked and cranked ng. Removed air filter sprayed ether fired up OK.
