    The owner manual on my new Fit clearly states the pre towing conditions and keep it under 65 MPH we have over 2,000 miles now pulling it since August.

    Walmart had a Coleman Max chair for $20 these are great and fit even the biggest of our friends. Firmer seat than a traditional chair Extra wide with slanted back 400-lb. weight capacity

    We just purchase an 09 Honda FIT with automatic transmission to tow. Although you said used the price was lower and the owner manual clearly states what you need to do. It also is ligher weight and I am hoping that will help gas milage.
