I just left a message as well with the customer service # 877-581-8581 (12/11/17) to get additional information regarding coverage and details on Towing "to the nearest qualified repair center" and mileage limits ... we'll see if I get a call back and how long. Is their roadside assistance number a voice mail or is it manned and answered by live operators?

Thinking about signing up for Roadside Assistance and switching from GoodSam .. but this post and another has me concerned.
