The owners manual stated to pull the fuse before towing 4 wheels down. The fuse is in an inconvenient place on the passenger side.
Has anyone made a external switch to turn off and on?

The gray tank in our 2006 Dolphin drains slow. Fast at first and slows down to a trickle, i can hear the liquid draining into the drain hose. Gray tank take about 20 minute to drain. What can I put in the tank to get rid of any sludge that could be blocking half if the drain?

Bob, Sam is right. I have older TV's as well and I have installed two digital converters since I did not want to have to watch the same thing my 9 Year old daughter might want to watch.Power is for boosting the antenna signal being delivered to the distribution box. To control both TV's with insert the box between the power booster connection and the distribution box. For installing per TV, just insert the box between the feed from the distribution box and TV for each set at the TV. I placed mine on top of the DVD player in the front.
Remember that not all digital converts are the same with regard to function. I have seen brands and really like the ones I have. Features like tuning signal meter that allows you to turn the antenna while you watch the signal strength. Another big thing for me was that I could turn on, off, and change stations at the box with out the remote.
I know it is really old fashion but some times I will actually walk up and turn things on and off with out the remote. Think of it!
Good luck.

David, you mentioned the distribution box. I do not have a distribution box unless it is hidden. All I have are the A/B switches in the front and rear of the RV.

Sam, you mentioned the distribution box. Are thes some as the A/B switch or is this box located else were?sorry, Sam. I read what you wrote but but failed to provess the data. David mentioned the distrbution box. Sam thanks for your help.

Bob, you may want to consider installing the converter box near the TV. Since the converter box acts as the tuner it would be more convient to have it near the TV. With one converter box connected to two TVs, both TVs would receive the same signal (station). With the convertor box located away from the TV, you would have to consider if the remote control would reach the converter box from the area where the TV is located.Just my thoughts.

I am trying to install a digital converter box. I am having difficulty following the TV cables. The RV has a box up front Cable A, TV, Cable B. In the bedroom the box is Cable A, Cable B, TV, VCR. The antenna has a power switch. I came to this conclusion because there is a very small switch on next to the antenna cable connection. If I could find the TV cable drawings I could determine were to put the digital converter.

We are looking at a 2005 ITASCA Suncruiser 35A. The Gross Combination Weight Rating is 26,000, and the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is 22,000. The fresh water is 92 gal., holding tanks 51/77gal., LP tank 28 and fuel is 75 gal. How much weight do I have to play with before the RV is overweight?

Is there anyone out there familiar wit the GMC Canyon brake light switches? I am supposed to hook a wire to the cold side of the switch. I looked at the brake pedal and found two switches. My instructions are from the Road Master 9700 brake assist.

I have installed the Roadmaster 9700 wiring harness in my 2006 GM Canyon. I have also installed the wire harness for the LED Light and warning horn in my 1999 Sea Breeze. The 9700 installation directions state to install a wire to the cold side of the brake light switch in the truck to complete the circuit. Where is this switch in the 2006 Canyon? Which wire would be the cold side? Is the cold the neutral?
-
Thanks, Brett. I thought so, but I had to ask the question. I do have the harness kit that has the additional bulbs. I will install per the directions.

My 2006 GMC Canyon truck is wired for a trailer. If a long wiring harness is plugged in to the trailer adapter at the tow hitch and than plugged in to the RV tow light adapter, will the truck tail light work?

Steve, when I ordered the solar panel there was a charging indicator below the panel so I ordered it. The bes I can determine there curently is nit a charging indicator. Do you know were one would be on a National RV- Sea Breeze?
-
Thanks Steve, My better-half was searching the internet last night and she found on the Dometic site our AC unit manual. There is a part number for the solar panel. I am planning to get with Dometic and order it. Thanks for your help. by the way the wire from the solar panel is spliced in under an access panel in the front of the AC unit. The solar panel was installed by the RV dealer when the orginal owner purchased the RV.

The solar panel was only to trickle charge the 2 6-volt house batteries - it was just mounted on the AC shroud, not charging the AC.

We use our AT&T Iphone as a modem to our laptops. We also use the camp ground WI FI alonf with a JEFA Tech modem and antenna to boost the weak Campground signal. Also if you are in a area with other free WiFi signals JEFA tech will pickup the signal. My antenna has a range of 1 Mile.
