My 2016 Cherokee Trailhawk is due to arrive this week or next. My Jeep dealer parts folks were clueless on this issue. Eventually they found the part but it is on backorder and the cost is $124. They could not estimate the cost to install for they did not have any information on it. Perhaps I should not take delivery on the vehicle until I get some answers. Plus I better not try to sell my 2002 Jeep Liberty until I get the issue resolved. Thanks to FMCA for their persistence.
