I will be traveling from NY to Las Vegas last week of September. I would like to travel the least mountainous way possible. I have a 1996 Safari Sahara 36' with a 250-horsepower Caterpillar engine with nothing in tow. Just had total major motor work done -- belts, hoses, water pump, radiator, charged air cooler, etc. I really don't want the trip to be a boring one, either. How about RT. 66? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, in advance.
