  1. I have been trying to get this mifi offer attached to my existing account for over a week. I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon, they confirm I am registered for this offer, but they can't send me the hotspot to use it. The only way to order the jetpack is through the portal and the portal does not have a place to order the jetpack. I guess I'll just write this off as a wasted effort. I'm not happy FMCA scammed me out of 2 years dues. Funny how there was no problem with that.
  2. I had a similar experience. The Verizon portal allows me to connect to my current Verizon account, but then it stops. I did get a notice that I had qualified for an unspecified employee deal. Calling Verizon is just an exercise in frustration. No one at Verizon seems to know anything about this deal.
