Elkhartjim was right both bulbs were not working. Replaced both, H9 is the replacement for a 2005 Dutch Star DP, .now they both work.

Do you know if there is a video or documentation on how to change the low beam headlights?

I recently purchased a 2007 Nemar Dutch Star DP. I brought it home in the dark and needed the headlights. The only headlights that would work were the high beam. Where is the fuse for the heads low beam located?
