Bingo, I posted this info a long time ago when I lost my long flap to a road "alligator" but I didn't think anybody listened to me. I ordered and installed the rubber flaps behind the rear wheels and, I swear, the MH ran cooler. I have a rear radiator tho and didn't think it would apply to a side mounted unit but apparently, it does. I did not do scientific research like you did. It just happened. Richard
