Why would the freezer of my refig work when plugged into shore power but refrigerator is not cooling? 2016 Winnebago View refrigerator.

I am not sure what the power source is for the dome antenna but I know when rv is plugged into shore power ( 30 amp) or generator is running, I do not have any power to overhead dome switch inside coach on ceiling. I do have power to the panel switch on wall that allows use of cable or antenna. Please help.

Please tell me where the fuse for the roof antenna on a 2016 Winnebago view is located. No power to ceiling inside of coach to enable roof antenna.
