  1. Thanks for the replies. The meter is located on the generator ( outside under the nose ) of the motorhome. Need to find or figure out how remove cowling holding meter. Yes , look's like a plug and play situation with two terminals on the meter that you attach + and - wires and a black plastic bracket that you squeeze to hold meter in place .
  2. Hour meter quit working on our Cummins Onan 8000 generator. Purchased new meter. Not sure how to change reference getting to old meter and installing new one . Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance .
  3. Will be heading for the Calgary Stampede in early July of this year. After the stampede we are planning on exploring the Banff and Lake Loise area. We have a 40' motorhome and would like recommendations on campgrounds in the area. Thank You in advance ! Happy New Year !
  4. I realize this subject has been addressed before, but still looking for info. I have a Monaco Windsor and need to replace the flexible drain line between the galley slide and the grey water tank. It appears that most RV's with galley slides ( Monaco ) have the same type of design and a big percentage fail sooner than later. If anyone has any experience on this subject, I would appreciate their input. Thanks in advance and have a great day !
  5. Have been doing extensive research on this subject. We have a 2002 Windsor with galley slide that needs the hose replaced due to wear. The proper hose which is used for hot tubs ( 1 1/2" ) can be purchased from Lowes or Home Depot along with the proper fittings. We our the second owners and when they replaced the hose, I believe they replaced it with a piece that was too short to accommodate the slide out which caused it to fail. If anyone knows the proper length of hose, I sure would appreciate the information. Thanks in advance Will
  6. Good Afternoon Getting ready to change antifreeze, thermostat/gasket and coolant filter in my 2002 Monaco Windsor. It is equipped with a Cummins ISC 350 diesel engine. Have allready purchased coolant filter, thermosat and gasket. Will be flushing out the old SCA type antifreeze and installing with the new type of OAT antifreeze. Would like opinion on brand of antifreeze to purchase and where it can be purchased. Thanks in advance for opinions and recommendations. Have a great day !
  7. I have a 2002 Monaco Windsor, powered by an ISC Cummins 350. Want to change the Air Dryer filter. The Monaco owners manual provides most all filter numbers but this one. Can anyone provide the recommended brand/number for this filter? Thanks in advance and have a great day ! Happy New Year !

  9. We have a 2002 Monaco Windsor. Have noticed that a few places on the roof approximately the size of a quarter have started peeling of the clear coat. The coach is in excellent shape reference the exterior paint other than the item mentioned. Any way to stop the peeling of the clear coat other than to have the roof redone? Thanks in advance!
