Does anyone know why the batteries wouldn't charge while the coach is plugged into 50 amp service??? I tried looking for a blown fuse can't seem to find one. Thanks

Does anyone know why the coach or house batteries won't charge when it is plugged into 30 or 50 amp service???? We tried looking for a blown fuse can't seem to find one. Please help. Thank you,
