I think one of the big reasons they called it "Nice try" is that we can't get a solid answer on the throttling after 25 gb. 70kbs speeds are useless in the real world. If that is what it goes to, it is NOT an unlimited plan, it's a 25 gb per month plan. BIG difference. I'm not willing to sign a 2 year contract to find out what the throttled speeds might be.... So what do the speeds get reduced to after 25 gb? Every offer I've ever seen for mobile internet specified that. It makes a big difference to know if it's useful at all after the 25 gb wall. "Data speeds for usage in excess of 25GB will be reduced for the remainder of the billing period."
