We have had and used a Guardian Shield for several years without issue. The shield has a hidden benefit that Roadmaster doesn't tout. In the early days we did not have the "Stowaway" for it. As a result we oft times stored it under the coach when parked. We can attest that the Guardian Shield will survive driving a 16 ton coach over it and still function (and look) great.
