Unfortunately, when we purchased last year our 2004 Coachmen (28') Concord, we did not realize the two tanks are quite apart. One is under the sofa slide-out and after we empty it, we have to move forward the m/home to empty the gray water tank that is farther at the back, under the bedroom-slide out. Both "pipes" are sort of "under" the m/h rather than by the edge or the side of the m/h thus they are difficult to reach. We have thought of taking the m/h to someone that can install a large Y and have only one "pipe" to drain! Has anyone had this "issue" and how have you solved it? We are so frustrated with this that have even thought of changing the m/h for another model...thou $$wise is not exactly the best time to do so. And BTW, we have not found a good "value book" to learn how much it is worth now-a-days. For 2004 we have only found 25' and one slide Concords! Thank you! Jocelynn W. Power
