Tips On Contacting HWH Technicians?

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get an HWH technician on the phone to troubleshoot slideout problems.

 We have not succeeded in getting anyone to call back or respond to emails in three years of trying.

Welcome to the Forum.

I have contacted HWH on numerous occasions and have never had an issue. Try calling 563-724-3396. Have talked to a tech. several times. Give them a try again. Ashley should be able to get you in contact with a tech.

Thank you Herman!  We only know of their 1-800 number.  Will try the number you posted.
