2005 American Tradition Tail & Marker Lights

Tail and marker lights don't work, Fuse OK and power to switch, but no power to lights.

Fleetwood says power module in system somewhere, but they don't know where it is. Anyone have this problem before?

I have a 2005 American Tradition 40J
