spenjk Report post Posted January 31, 2019 My service man told me that parts for a Roadmaster Chasis is difficult to find and expensive. Planning to purchase a 2009 Holiday Rambler Neptune with a Roadmaster Chasis. Is this something I want to avoid? If anyone has an opinion please give me some advice. wolfe10 Report post Posted January 31, 2019 Pretty much standard/off the shelf components. Be aware that this is the 4 bag suspension. Not to be confused with the 8 outboard air bag suspension found on higher end Monaco/HR products. And (small) Cummins 6.7 liter with Allison 2500 transmission. It may also fall under the rear trailing arm issue: https://community.fmca.com/topic/570-serious-problem-some-monaco-holiday-rambler-safari-chassis/?tab=comments#comment-2686 None of this rules it out, but be aware of what you are looking at. spenjk Report post Posted February 1, 2019 These are pictures of the 2009 Holiday Rambler trailing arm. It appears to me that the arm is the one that is recalled. Any reaction would be appreciated.
