wolfe10 Report post Posted June 8, 2010 Richard, Were they/you able to determine the brand of the electric valve? Brett
Guest Wayne77590 Report post Posted June 8, 2010 I don't know anything about your specific RV, but those motors generally have an electronic stop to them that will shut it off when it gets to the limit switch. If you don't have any luck finding one right away, give some thought to either pulling the fuse to it, or putting a shut off switch in line with the ground side fo the motor. Without any voltage to it I am thinking it should stop buzzing. When you need it, just put the fuse back in, or turn the extra switch on to provide voltage, open it up, drain, and when finished and closed, pull the fuse or turn off the switch again. Just a thought rambling through my brain housing group.
