kaypsmith Report post Posted July 7, 2021 Welcome to the forum. Need some more specifics about your hotspot problem. Have you changed locations since May 2021? What is the signal bars showing now versus then? Any hotspot in nothing more than a cell phone for picking up an internet signal and just like a cell phone if not a clear enough signal from the tower then it will time out and not transfer a digital signal. Even leaves on trees, especially pine trees will greatly effect the signal quality. Have you called Sprint and complained about the poor quality? Often times there is a problem with a carriers tower closest to you and the company can move you to another tower to improve quality. Good luck getting the problem resolved.
