RVMike&Carol Report post Posted September 28, 2021 (edited) I have a 2015 Ford E-450. A plastic clip behind the right cruise control switch on the steering wheel broke, but the cruise control continued to work fine. I ordered a replacement switch on Ebay after watching a video on replacing it. During a test drive, it didn't work. Removed it, reported it, and received a replacement. After installing, it doesn't work either. Since I had disconnected the battery when I removed and replaced the switches, is there a reset or something I need to do to get it to come on? rayin Report post Posted September 28, 2021 No, not IMO. what you did is no different than having the battery replaced, and that might only require redoing the radio pre-sets. I suspect the new switches are faulty.
