chuckconnie Report post Posted January 4, 2023 Our standard definition Direct TV receiver quit so we got Direct TV to send us a replacement. Problem we have is we can no longer record , pause , anything. Direct says they cannot help us as the previous receiver is no longer available. They say we have to have 2 accounts , one for home and one for the RV. I asked them how just having 2 services would make any difference and they could not or would not explain. Any help or advice?
