4TIGERS Report post Posted January 17 Two years ago I purchased a gently used 2020 MY motorhome from a large national dealer. I chose this particular unit because I thought it had the new Ford V8 F53. It was marketed as a V8 and has the “V8” emblem on the side of the coach. I recently discovered it has a V10. I checked the VIN on the Ford website just to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me. Sure enough it’s a V10. I don’t see any obvious signs the V8 badge was added or altered after the fact. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas on what to do next? I have our family attorney researching options. Can’t find any other example of this on the Google. wildebill308 Report post Posted January 18 "Any ideas on what to do next?" Yes go drive your RV on a trip. From what I have seen on a couple forums I like the V10 better than the V8. This is also anouther example of why I tell everyone who is buying a RV to get it inspected by a certified inspector. Bill
