Power Steering, Ford Chassis

2002 Southwind 32 foot MH-- hard clicking noise is heard while the engine is running when the steering wheel is turned either left or right. Fluid level is full but may have a small leak since I do add fluid sometimes. Engine has 40,000 miles.

Steering it tight and normal, no vibration.

Could it be something else?

Any help would be appreciated.
