MSY4US Report post Posted November 4, 2011 There is a rotten egg smell coming from all my fresh water faucets. It even invades the ice maker. I have changed 3 filters in this 2008 Travel Supreme Select. After the water runs or if you pour 30 cups of water from the ref. the smell goes away - but it always comes back - any suggestions. 2pedersens Report post Posted November 5, 2011 Fill your fresh water tank with a water and bleach solution and then run it through all your faucets. Shut off the water and let it sit over night. The next day, flush your tank and lines several times until there is no more bleach smell. Run it through the ice maker if you have one and be sure to remove and replace any built in filter you might have. Run it through the hot water tank also, and flush the hot water tank using a flushing wand through the tank drain to remove any sediment. This should cure the rotten egg smell. mjrij Report post Posted November 27, 2011 If you have a Suburban Hot Water Heater, it could be time to change the anode rod.
