TUCK55 Report post Posted April 30, 2012 Is anyone towing towing a Saturn SL1 on a dolly? If so, do you put the car in "Park" or "Neutral"? Don
OkieDave Report post Posted April 30, 2012 Why would you go to the trouble of putting it on a dolly when it is a popular car tow 4 down? Speed limit of 65 and you have to pull some fuses or get a fuse disconnect kit.
TUCK55 Report post Posted April 30, 2012 Because I have a dolly that came with the RV when I purchased it used. I looked into the price of tow bars, base plates and Brake Buddy, etc. That is why I would like to go with the dolly. Don
Koliver Report post Posted May 1, 2012 SL1 is front engine, front wheel drive. Park should act only on the front, which is on the dolly, so park is what you do. I have a Volvo front drive. That is the way it works on my dolly.
