1999 Infinity Slide Problem

I have a 1999 Infinity Motor Home with a kitchen and living room slide, Recently the slide has dropped down on the kitchen end, It still operates but is uneven.

Is there a roller or some sort of frame under the slide next to the floor ? I have looked but can't see anything wrong .

The countertop has separated from the cabinet on this end also.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could you post the make of your slide out control system. Power gear or what?

Also any information on the controls like model numbers, push button or key to operate the slide out.

This might help pin down the mechanical parts causing the problem.
