luckylee54 Report post Posted November 17, 2012 I have a 2008 Chevy Impala and had a Remco Unit built on the right drive axle. Is anyone familiar with these units and how they work. desertdeals69 Report post Posted November 18, 2012 I believe the you leave the trans in park, the ring gear is not turning. The spider gears may prematurely wear because as the left axle makes 1 revolution the right axle coming out of the differential is turning the opposite direction.
