Kevin510 Report post Posted December 26, 2012 Since the weather has turned colder, 2 of my jacks are having a hard time coming up and staying up. I am thinking of replacing the springs on them. Has anyone ever done this? I went to my local dealer and they want almost $50 per spring which I think is crazy. Does anyone know where I can order them and what kind to get? Thanks

Kevin510 Report post Posted January 21, 2013 Hey Brett. Thanks for the help. I contacted HWH and they were great. Figured the problem out and it wasn't the springs. Saved me a couple hundred dollars in the process. Absolutely awesome customer service. Thanks again. Kevin
bnibarg Report post Posted January 21, 2013 Another trick is to spray all shafts with a "non-petroleum" silicon spray. You will be amazed how much better the shafts retract...
