Drain For Holding Tank: 1998 Thor Four Winds

I have a 1998 Thor Four Winds Windsport RV.

It has a water holding tank near the rear of the RV. I can't find the valve to drain the holding tank.

Anyone know where I might find the drain valve?

Could it be under a bed or cabinet? My water tank is under the dinette seat, and the pipes are below the floor level. When I bought this unit new in 2009, there was no valve there to empty the tank, but when I looked underneath the unit there was a pipe coming down under the water tank, but it was sealed. The dealer went in and fixed it. and made a stick that would reach way down there to turn the valve. You could also call Thor and see if they can help you.
