obedb Report post Posted August 4, 2014 I normally use the oval 3lnb dish on a tripod for Direct TV on the road, but I considering the big dish with a SWM 3LNB. The older oval is rather easy to aim, but the newer one gives more programming. I do have a Bird Dog sat meter that I used to aim my 5LNB for home use that I guess will help me. The question I pose is are there any websites where I can acquire aiming info without having to reboot my receiver? I use the HR24 on the road and it almost takes as long as a DVR to reboot.
