Who Uses Hitch Helper, Trailer Toad to Tow?

Would like to hear from motor home or other users of Hitch Helper, Trailer Toad, or other brand devices to tow heavy trailer behind their motor home or other vehicles.

Please relate the pro's and Con's to this particular brand device and your experience with manufacturer.

I am trying to determine whether this product is suitable for a special towing project.
