chackbay Report post Posted April 19, 2015 Check engine light ON. Fault Code SPN 97 FMI 3 oc 2? Freightliner or Cummins fault code? I'm not stranded. I drove home about 60 miles with the check engine light ON. Had to because of weather. All Engine functions and power were good. Checked the Internet for info unclear what the fault code is about. Engine is a Cummins ISC360, 2008. Motor home is a 2008 Tiffin Pheaton. While I was in the engine compartment looking for the Engine Model and Serial numbers, I did find that the two wires for the Radiator Fan Clutch where cut and the two wires from the engine harness were touching. Repaired. Removed the chassis battery power. Fault code still exists Thanks for any help!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
chackbay Report post Posted April 19, 2015 Corrected the Fault Code 97. The fuel filter sensor plug back out of the receptacle at the bottom of the fuel filter. Open circuit. Pushed the plug into the receptacle and secured with a tie strap. Engine diagnostic, zero faults. We're good to Geaux!! Thanks!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
