2004 Travel Supreme Air Bags Lower While Driving

I have a 2004 Travel Supreme, air bags inflate and sometimes they stay up, but other times the front deflates while driving at low speeds. They lower all the way and I can stop and rev engine and they will go back up. Rear bags never deflate.

I am wondering if it has something to do with my jack system.

Any help?
