Fleetwood Bedroom Window Opener Mechanism

I have a 2002 Fleetwood Expedition motorhome with three small crank out windows in the bedroom that have become stripped.

I would like to know if they can be replaced without taking the window out and if so how to do it.

The window are small bottom portion of the window with a center crank to tip the window out.
