Globetrotter Report post Posted January 21, 2016 Hi. I have a 2004 Monaco Dynasty Diamond with a Cummins 400 ISL. I have been trying to find the EPA compliance label but have had no luck despite crawling all around the engine compartment. I understand the 2 labels by my drivers seat are DOT labels only and that there should be an EPA label affixed to the engine or nearby. If any one has an idea where it is or how I can prove it's EPA compliance at the time of manufacture I would appreciate the help. Thanks, David
wolfe10 Report post Posted January 21, 2016 David, Before going to too much trouble, you might give Cummins a call with your engine serial number-- suspect they can provide you with a copy: Cummins: 800 343-7357. BTW, engines have to comply with the standards in effect when the engine was built. So, even though a 2004 coach, it is certainly possible that the engine was built in 2003 and meets standards in effect at that time.
Globetrotter Report post Posted January 21, 2016 Hi there, Thanks for the tip. I ended up finding the label. It was on top of the timing/belt apparatus. Very small but I have it. Thanks to a fellow rv'r for helping me out. Consider this resolved. David
