twogalsgo Report post Posted March 8, 2016 We are looking for a Trek 1997 or newer. 2830 Models only. This hard to find Class A is a dream to live in - we full-timed in a 1995 for years. Could some of you weigh in on the Monaco versions? Are they as high quality as the Safari's? We are second owners of a 1997 - 2430 within whom we have fixed many mechanical & stability issues and generally loved all over. Thanks y'all. manholt Report post Posted March 8, 2016 TwoGalsGo. Welcome to the Forum! Trek 2830 was and is a popular model. Are either of you a FMCA member? If not, check out all the benefits that we offer for little money per year! If you are a member, then look up the Trek chapter/club, under Chapter tab on main page. Also, get on Good Sam Forum, they have a Trek club. The last 2830 I saw, was a toad to a Marathon Coach. The owners are full time and love to fish and play golf. They used the Trek for weekends away from "base" campground....burned to the ground last summer in Colorado Owners just don't sell them very often. Good Luck.
