We are in La Posa South, Dust isn't as bad depending on where you land. Stay away from the main road. We rode our bikes to town, we are almost at the far back end of the LTVA and it was 6 miles round trip to town. But it can get dusty if there is a strong wind. The sunsets are Amazing!
