  1. I sent an e-mail to Pilot regarding our fuel purchases and did get a reply. They said that the pump shutting of $250 was an error and would be corrected. As far as no discount on our second fueling to finish the job they said that there normally is no discount but that we could contact their credit department and they would issue us a credit. Frankly I was surprised to get an answer from them. I read the more recent posts and hopefully things will be corrected! They appear to be trying.
  2. Our Pilot experience at the truck lanes traveling from Tennessee to Pennsylvania. First stop the registered new card did activate the pump. Wonderful! The pump shut off at $250.00. Went inside to pay it and received the discount. We needed more fuel so the clerk ran the card (s)? again. The discount did not appear on the second fueling. The next stop the clerk worked hard to get our RV card recognized so we did get the discount. Today our stop at a Pilot turned out that it is privately owned and they do not accept the RV card.
  3. We get calls from around the country looking for a chapter with young children. Please contact chapter services at 1-800-543-3622 and let them know that you have a group (even if you don't have a name yet). We would love to see chapters around the country and Canada with young children to keep this rving way of life into the next generation!
