  1. I posted about my refrig not getting cold enough. I had the recalls made & it is a four door model 1210 & it is on a slideout with the top vent & 2 cooling fans. It is clear from top to bottom. I was told it is possible that only half of the cooling unit could be operating which would only let the temp in the freezer to be about 32 degrees & the refrig to be approx. 55 degrees. Have you ever heard of that before & if that is the case would the cooling unit have to be replaced?
  2. I had all recalls done and it worked afterward.
  3. My refrig is on the slide out with a upper vent which is clear. The problem just started last week (not getting cold ) I looked down through the top vent & it is clear with both fans running.
  4. I have a 2009 Model 1210 Norcold 4 door refrigerator that doesn't get cold. It runs on both gas & electric & doesn't show any faults. The freezer section only get to about 34 degrees & the refrigerator only gets to about 52 regardless of the temp settings. Any ideas what I might need to do ?
  5. I have a 2009 Southwind with a Norcold Refrigerator Recall. Could someone tell me what that involves as far as what parts are to be replaced & approximately the time to do the job. Will we be able to keep the food in it while this is done ?
